There have been some initial reports of iPhone 4S phones with battery drainage issues.
From techradar:
“Some new iPhone buyers have seen a 10 per cent drop in battery life each hour, when the device is in standby mode, with Apple’s guide suggesting it should last for 200 hours.”
The article explains that engineers from Apple don’t know what the cause is, but of course Apple is working on it.

My big question of course is this: if the reports are true, this is the second major technological problem in the two consecutive phone releases (I know, they are both iPhone 4 phones). You’d think that Apple engineers would have been more careful after all those call dropping problems with the release of the iPhone 4. Is Apple jumping the shark with their iPhone?
What do you think? Many other companies have problems like this. At least Apple is on the job trying to fix it. Or is this it? You’ll never buy an iPhone? Before you blast me, I should let you know that I am actually an Apple fan.
