I got an iPhone recently, and the sales guy was raving about the OtterBox phone cases they had for sale. I didn’t pick up one at the time, but am now wishing that I had. OtterBox cases are made to take a beating, and come in a variety of colors and kinds.
Many of the varieties aid the phone in bump and shock resistance, and several models are even water resistant. If you are looking for a new case, OtterBox might be the way to go.
I went to their website, and they have a new Commuter series of lightweight cases that fit into your pocket. They make cases for phones other than the iPhone, of course.
According to the company’s website, they have a new case for the BlackBerry Curve:
“The Commuter Series draws from the impressive capabilities of the rugged Defender™ Series with a slimmer design similar to the skin-style Impact™ Series providing a perfected level of protection for day-to-day activities,” said Curt Richardson, founder and CEO of OtterBox.
The custom polycarbonate shell fits securely over an insulating silicone skin and exposed silicone corners are innovatively designed to dissipate shock away from the device. These features combine to provide added defense from bump and shock. The case also features a self-adhering clear protective film to shield the high resolution screen from damage, scratches and dust.**
Each case includes an installation card to apply the protective screen film as well as a microfiber cleaning cloth to keep your device and case looking fresh out of the box.
Compatible with BlackBerry Curve 8300, BlackBerry Curve 8310, BlackBerry Curve 8320 and BlackBerry Curve 8330 smartphones, the OtterBox Commuter Series case allows seamless access to the trackball, audio jack, USB/charge port, speaker, microphone and camera. All buttons are fully functional through the case allowing maximum usability with complete security.**
