What I Want to See in Fallout 4

Fallout 4 is going to come out sooner or later, so I thought it would be fun to write what I wanted to see in the next game.
1. More of the same: give me more VATS, and more first FPS glory.
2. Greater variety of environments: don’t get me wrong – the wasteland isn’t too terribly boring. There are lots of things to do and see, and the DLC have given us different worlds to explore. However it would still be cool if there were areas with a lot more color in them. Green and grey gets a bit dreary after a while.
3. Upgradeable weapons: wouldn’t it be cool to be able to add fission batteries to a shotgun and get electrically charged kills? Or grenades and a vacuum pump to create grenades that suck all the air out the room?! Awesome.
4. Lots more perks and at least 100 levels to grow with. 20 to 30 levels is way too low, especially given the variety of story lines and activities to do. I would also appreciate more “AWESOME” perks like the one that causes you to let off a nuclear explosion if your health gets too low. Some examples might be a perk that allows you to see in the dark, or one that causes you to turn into a super-mutant (but keeps you from using your guns because your fingers are too big) on command.
5. Brand new stories to explore: There were so many great stories in Fallout 3 that it is hard to imagine Bethesda topping it. I sure would like to see them try, though.
6. Destructible environments! Talk about adding to the realism. Wouldn’t it be cool to shoot apart a house that some raiders are in, or blow it sky high?!
7. Better interactions with characters: this includes animations and discussion trees.

I like those ideas. I started sweating just thinking about playing 4. I might like to see some of the insane types of weapons like “Armed and Dangerous” had on the original xbox, like the shark gun.
