Supposedly Drake will be looking for the “lost” ships of Marco Polo and will joined by one Chloe Frazer, who is voiced by Claudia Black from Stargate SG-1 and Farscape (and the movie Pitch Black…hello?) Here’s a bullet list I found of new features according to Game Informer.
- Melee combat will be more dynamic
- 30% of the PS3’s power was used for Drake’s Fortune and they are planning to use nearly 100% with Among Thieves.
- A demo was shown to GI with Drake going through a city using stealth
- The Sixaxis will not use the motion controls
- No load screens
- Weapons can be used in any position (running, behind cover, hanging, climbing a wall, etc.)
- You can now move while aiming behind cover
