The Simplifi by Griffin is a great idea, especially if you have a computer that doesn’t have a Memory Stick, Memory Pro, SD, XD, or CompactFlash reader on the front, because this baby can read those formats. Plus it has two extra USB ports in the back, and an iPod charger on top. It looks like it is made to work with just about any iPod model ever made.
My one minor complaint is that the supplied USB cord that attaches to the back of the computer is a bit short for my needs. My PC sits near the ground, and the wire isn’t quite long enough to reach my desktop. It looks like a standard cord, so I could probably drop on by Radio Shack if it really starts to bug me. For now, it sits on top of my computer instead. No big deal.
A big bonus is that it comes with a wall charger as well, so you don’t have to have it attached to your computer to get your iPod charged up.
If you have a laptop, no big deal — the whole package is small enough that you could easily fit it in a laptop bag, and sturdy enough so that you won’t worry about it breaking.
So, all in all, I’d give this product a Total Rating:

.
I built a product link below for Amazon, in case you want to check it out. For what you get, I’d say the price is excellent. Plus, I have never ever had a problem with any Griffin product I have owned. They are simple to use and work every time. The Simplifi is no exception.
