I recently discovered Slacker and have happily made the switch. It's also free, has a great selection of pre-programmed stations or you can make your own, either by an artist or as many artists as you want. You can also heart or ban songs (and artists) and you can tune the station to by age, popularity and other settings. They also have a portable device that allows you to take your stations with you (portable internet radio). Pretty cool.
