If you see this product in the store, ask the store manager to send it back immediately. Treat it like the plague!This is a horrible, repeat, horrible software program. You are almost better off getting a nasty virus than installing this software. This program will take over your computer, and you CANNOT get rid of it without reverting your windows to a previous state. I couldn't log out of anything on the internet once I installed this program. I couldn't check my hotmail account, adjust checkout orders or anything like this. This program is so invasive it should be labled as a virus itself! As usual, contact to this company for assistance was totally unresponsive. They do not care. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!!! I've done a disk check on my hard drive, uninstall nearly every program on my laptop, I let the software program scan for viruses/spyware, I've turned off the Windows firewall, and still nothing. I spent over $70 on this piece of software junk. And the parent website, although very cool with all these options of contacting them (phone, email, webchat)--they reply back with generic answers and navigating thru the website, I did not find any patches for there software programs. Man, I wish I did my homework and researched this product before I bought it. Wow, I hear you.
