90 Minute Cut Scenes in MGS4

Metal Gear Solid 4 apparently has cut scenes that last as long as 90 minutes each.  That’s almost as long as a full length feature film.  This isn’t the first time the series has presented cut scenes of extended length.  Fans may remember MGS2 had one almost as long as 45 min.

Wow.  Good thing you can pause and stop the scenes in this version of the popular gaming series.

Apparently, MGS4 marks the end of the road for Solid Snake, but not the end of the line for the Metal Gear series.

“Speaking to MTV Multiplayer, MGS4 producer Ryan Peyton confirmed that the series will live on after Guns of the Patriots. But while we may see more games with ‘Metal Gear’ in the title, we may not see ‘Solid’ in there as well.”"
