COD5 to Release Fall 2008

Activision has decided to announce when fans can expect Call of Duty 5 and it supposedly going to be this year.

Hot on the tail of news that Grand Theft Auto 4 just became the bestselling entertainment launch of all time, ever, beating out Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, competing publisher Activision has stepped up and announced that they’ll be launching Call of Duty 5 in fall of this year.Source

I guess we’ll see if this really will happen on time, but I’m thinking they probably did learn a few things from CoD4 and I wouldn’t be surprised if they followed many of the same ideas. I guess we’ll see.
