		<description>Actually, you&#039;re partially correct.  The ZR4 is a laser jammer (or &quot;shifter&quot; as the company likes to call it) ONLY.  It does not jam radar at all.  Jamming radar is illegal, at this is governed by the FCC.  Laser is governed by the FDA, so you can jam laser legally.  However, some states have bans on laser jammers.  Best to check with your local authorities first...</description>
